The Creation Science Association of Orange County (CSAOC), California, apparently no longer exists. There are many links to its old website, but I've seen none that inform you that those links are no longer any good.I have asked the club's former vice president, Bill Morgan, for more information so that I can post it here. He refuses to respond to my emails (and avoids answering any questions when he has responded), so I can only tell you what I know.
The Creation Science Association of Orange County (CSAOC), California, used to meet one evening a month, usually on the second Saturday of the month. The meeting usually featured a guest speaker. The meetings were open to the public and there was no cost for admission. The meetings were held in different locations during its life-time, such as Santa Ana Calvary Church and, before that, the Paul Revere House (a restaurant that has been closed for many years). The club appears to no longer exist. I have asked Bill Morgan about that, but he refuses to answer any kind of any question. From my memory and knowledge, they were active from the mid-1990's to around 2005. Bill Morgan would know better, but then he ain't talkin'.
The CSAOC had a monthly newsletter, a simple single-fold sheet affair which would announce the next meeting time, place, and speaker, would offer a short "article" on a creation/evolution or related topic, and whatever other announcements there may have been. Sometimes, an additional sheet was included. The newsletter was free upon request.
The newsletter was written by CSAOC Vice President, Bill Morgan, who has posted and reposted a number of the newsletter "articles" on his series of web sites. That included the infamous "Ozone Layer" article which he knew for a fact to be false before he had posted it the first time and yet repeatedly and deliberately chose to post it again and again on each of his web sites, despite my repeated warnings that he was deliberately lying. Then finally in 2011, after 13 years, he removed the article from his current web site, but then shortly thereafter took his entire site down for remodelling.
The July 2000 newsletter announced that the CSAOC was preparing a web site, but it was more than a year later, sometime before 26 November 2001, that it finally went up. If you search for "Creation Science Association of Orange County" you will find many creationist sites that will link you to that old web site, but it's no longer there. Instead, some Japanese medical company or the like has taken over that site (it's all in Japanese, so I don't know what it is). Again, without any input from Bill Morgan, I cannot tell you when all that happened and he ain't talkin'.
Since Bill Morgan gives his phone number and email address out like candy, I see no reason why he should object to me posting it here:
Bill Morgan at 714-898-8331 and at BillyJack1@hotmail.com
The President of the CSAOC used to also provide his contact information in the newsletters, but I don't know whether he would want those to continue to be distributed, so I won't.
Share and enjoy!
